Store Hours + Address
We are located at 55 Rankin St, Waterloo, Ontario.
Our current hours are: Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. Please check back to see changes as our hours will be extending soon.
Do You Offer Shipping?
No, at the moment we only offer in-store pick up. Please check back soon.
All items purchased online must be picked up in store during regular hours. Please email or call us if you cannot make our store hours.
When Can I Pick Up My Order?
We will work quickly to package your order as soon as possible. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email. Usually 1-2 days.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange or store credit policy. Once you have received your item, you have 7 days to request an exchange or store credit. All sale items are final sale.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Do You Sell Plumbing Fixtures?
Yes. Our retail store features a dedicated showroom with plumbing fixtures on display, including working shower systems, faucets, and a smart toilet. While items are not available for same-day take-home, we place orders based on your selections and project needs. Through our client intake process, we ensure each fixture is thoughtfully chosen for your space. In addition to what’s displayed, we can source a wide range of options beyond our showroom offerings
Do You Offer Design Services?
Yes! We offer interior design services for projects of all sizes, from small updates to full-scale renovations. Our design team works closely with our in-house contracting team, Wellington County Craftsman, and our in-house plumbers, Whiteway Plumbing. Together, we provide a seamless experience from concept to completion - ensuring every detail is thoughtfully designed and expertly executed.
